The next Business of NOW Networking Series will feature Patricia (Pat) Rogowski of Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz LLP. Pat will  join us at The coIN Loft to talk about intellectual property in the startup world. 

Patricia ("Pat") Smink Rogowski is a Partner in Connolly Bove's Intellectual Property Group. She is a co-chair of the Patent Prosecution and Counseling Section.

Pat represents clients in a variety of areas including copyrights, trademarks, copyright and trademark litigation, counseling and opinions, licensing and transactions, interferences, patent litigation, prosecution, patent reissue and reexaminations and unfair competition and trade secret law in the mechanical arts.

Pat is a mechanical engineer and represents clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Her experience includes patent, trademark and copyright prosecution, litigation in federal district courts and in appeals to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Pat was invited to join the Delaware District Court Intellectual Property Advisory Committee. She assists out of state attorneys as local counsel before the Delaware District Court.
